Curlies, you know I try to never recommend anything ‘healthy’ if it doesn’t taste yummy. What’s the point if you’re not gonna eat it cause it’s gross, right?! That said- these Green Smoothies are EVERYTHING!
I use my cheapie blender (Hamilton Beech, $15), and blend- Carrots, Spinach, Kale, Strawberries, Banana (a must to cover up greens taste if you don’t like it!), Broccoli, Peaches, a 1/2 cup of water, squeeze of lemon juice. I also add a scoop of Superfood Powder (Amazon, $15), and Chia Seeds (Target, $4.99).
This is a complete, low calorie, zero fat breakfast and takes 10 minutes to make! The blender is so easy and fast to clean- and unlike Juicing- you’re wasting none of the veggie fiber- so you’ll feel very full and satisfied! Easy, delicious, and fast!
